Grow your creative confidence and

embrace your artistic transformation

Brigitte loves teaching...

Brigitte loves teaching the art of floral design in her unique, wildly romantic, ethereal style almost as much as she loves the flowers themselves. Having been a teacher in a former life, she thinks of herself as a guide, a facilitator; encouraging you to re-engage with your creativity, slow down and really study the individual beauty of each element you chose to design with.

All classes are inspired by the garden and focus on seasonality. Many of the flowers you will use are grown lovingly in Brigitte’s beautiful cutting garden alongside gorgeous blooms from local artisan growers.

Moss & Stone classes are suitable for experienced florists and beginners alike.

All classes are foam free.

One to one classes take place in Brigitte’s studio at her home in Suffolk...

Your flower filled day will begin around 10.30am with a welcome coffee and cake followed by a little wander together around Brigitte’s garden. There will always be interesting little bits that can be snipped and used to add interest and movement to the designs you will create later.

Back in the studio, Brigitte will demonstrate and explain her thoughts and design methods for making beautiful garden style bouquets.

Then it will be your turn to create whilst being gently guided and encouraged before wrapping the bouquets in sumptuous hand dyed silk ribbons ready for a photograph.

After a light two course lunch Brigitte will demonstrate how to design an exquisite garden style bowl of flowers and then once again it will be your turn.

Your arrangement will then be styled and photographed (and if you’re really lucky Hettie the Labrador will photobomb the shot!).
